CRAZY WEEK

We have had a crazy week. Scott had a training meeting for work yesterday. It was in downtown Salt Lake, and it just happened to be in the Wells Fargo Building. Which for those of you who live here and know, there was a bomb threat in that building yesterday. So, Scott had to be evacuated with everyone else. They did catch the guy, but they didn't let Scott's group back onto his floor, so the training meeting was cut short. And of course when they knew everything was safe, he was actually glad that the meeting broke up early. It got him out of about 3 hours of meetings.
Dance has started again! We have done "dance camp" the last 2 days and tomorrow is team auditions. Savannah has decided to try out again this year. She loves it, so we will most likely be doing competitions again next year. All 4 of my sister Karis girls are trying out also, so we have 5 girls down at the studio the last couple days, all at different times. We have alot of girls! I know the girls are excited, but it makes me sad. It feels like the summer is already over! Too crazy!
Kari had her CT scan for her hip on Monday, and the result appointment today. They left us in the waiting room so long today I thought Kari was going to crawl right out of her skin! The news was much better than we were expecting! She has healed enough to start putting weight on it. They will of course keep checking every couple weeks to check the progress. She does have a cyst that is showing, but nothing that should cause a problem. Good news!
We still have a few busy days ahead of us, but at least we know Kari doesn't need surgery tomorrow. That is a huge load off!
The kids have been so good, with how busy things have been they have been great! Hanna came up and babysat Sammy and Avery Lyn for me today. She's having a sleepover with us too! Too fun, the kids love to have sleepovers with the older girls. They are eating popcorn upstairs & watching a movie. They are in heaven!
I couldn't resist putting in a picture of cute Brooke in her little Party Dress. She was all dressed up with no where to go. Well except ride around in the car seat! She's too precious!
