"Her Love me the Most!!"

Sammy LOVES his Brookie! He is the cutest big brother ever, and loves to just sit and talk to her! What cute kids! It's a good thing he's cute, it's saved him more than a few times. He can be a stinker!! But, at least for now he just loves Brooke. I'm sure he'll pound her when she's bigger. Hopefully she'll just pound him back!

Savannah had Activity Days today, and we actually remembered, (I'm the WORST, sorry) She had tons of fun, and then went home with Kari to play with Ryanne. We've had Morgan this week while Kari went to High Adventure to do a rap song skit thing for a campfire program. I hear Jaxson was a little mortified, but thought she was cool at the same time. Teenagers! So, we got Morgan. We love MoJo, she's like having a little built in helper. She is so great with the kids, and a HUGE help!! Avery Lyn was so sad to see her go!
Scott gets home tonight, and his parents & little sister fly into town late Friday. They will come down here on Saturday, and go to Price on Sunday. It is going to be a fun weekend! Avery Lyn is so excited to see Grampa Alger (they are bosom buddies), and Grampa doesn't get to visit as much as he would like. Everyone is excited for the Algers to get here, and meet Miss Brooke! Gramma Alger can't wait to get her hands on our little Brookie, she's been chomping at the bit these last few weeks!! How fun, I have a feeling they are going to like her!

Cute Baby!!

Our Sweet Little Brookie! We just love her tons and tons! She is so much fun, we love her!

She is the best the baby ever, she sleeps great, hardly ever cries, and is the snuggliest little baby ever! Brooke Elizabeth is so sweet, I just can't say enough great things about her! My sisters neighbor Shelley has decided that she wants to be her adopted grandma, she lives for Brooke. In fact when we go to my sisters house Shelley usually walks across the street to see her the second we get out of the car. She's so funny! We get that everywhere we go, everyone loves her. (I'm of course very bias!) And, everyone stops to look at her hair! No one can believe her out of control hair.

I just love that picture of her all curled up on me. She is still just so snuggly and curls up right into you. I just can't get enough of her, and just want to hold her all day long. I don't remember that with the other kids, I guess because I always had a toddler too.

Scott took that funny picture of her feet. She has VERY long toes, just like her mom! She is so much fun, and loving enjoying her! We are so grateful everyday for our sweet little Brooke and that she got here safe and sound!

FaMiLy NiGhT!!

We had such a great Family Night! The kids made the coolest stuff with Model Magic Clay that their Aunt gave them. It was so much fun to "play" together! Savannah made the prettiest flowers, Avery Lyn made a ton of fun stuff one thing was a great Teddy Bear with a top hat, and Sammy made a Turtle and a Snake. Scott & I had a ton of fun playing with them too! Thanks guys for a great night!!



Here is Miss Brookie, her hair is too funny! She had her first "real" tub last night & her hair went crazy! She is so much fun!
I've been changing all the kids bedrooms around, it's taken me 2 days but we're done. Now that everyone can settle into their new rooms it's time for me to start putting some paint on walls and getting the rooms cute! I'll take pictures when I'm done!

Dance!

Avery Lyn & Savannah had their end of year Dance Recital last weekend. They did GREAT!!
Avery Lyn was a Lady Bug, and a Rockin' Robin! She was so stinking cute and shook her little bum like a PRO!
This is Savannahs Suesical costume. She performed Suesical in all 3 shows. She's a trooper! The last show Saturday night, she did all her dances. She's FABULOUS!!




Here is our little Brookie again. I think we take at least a couple pictures every day! She's been so much fun! We are all having a great time playing with her. Sam still insists that Her love him the MOST, he reminds me everyday! We LOVE our Baby Brooke!!

Baby Brookie has Arrived!!

Our Sweet Baby Brooke is here!! We are so excited. She is HEALTHY & Beautiful!!! She weighed 7 lbs 2 oz. and is 18 inches long. That is pretty stinkin impressive for 4 weeks early. She is just beautiful and perfect, and as you can see from her pictures she has tons of black hair. Her brother and sisters LOVE her! When Sammy got to hold her for the first time, he looked at Savannah and Avery with a very proud look on his face, and said "Her love me the MOST!" Even though she was in fact a girl and not the boy kind he was hoping for Sammy is completely in love with his baby sister!! The girls are fabulous little moms! They just want to hold and kiss her all day long.
Brooke is the best baby ever. She's still a little early, so she is a little sleepy bug. Which is great, I think I've gotten more sleep in the last week than I did the last month of my pregnancy. She's eating well, and passed all of her tests. She is perfectly healthy. They had to help "remind" her to breathe for the first little while after she came out. But after a few hours, and some good cries she was remembering on her own. She has a pudgy little face and tiny little arms and legs! She's just perfect!

Schools OUT!!

School is out! We are so excited!! The two "littles" (we can at least call them that for at least another week), finished preschool last Friday. It was a beautiful day. Sammy is so sad to leave Miss "Fuwrney" behind. He absolutely loved her! Avery is very excited, she thinks kindergarted should start yesterday. It's going to be a long summer for poor little Aves.
Savannah finished up school yesterday. She is a big 3rd grader now. How crazy is that. She got her grades, and she did fantastic! All O's, Scott and I are trying to think up a great little "treat" for her. She's such a great little girl!!
Summer is officially here, Savannah has a Birthday Pool party for her cute little friend Boston today. She's so cute. She packed her little backpack with her "American Girl" sunscreen, she had to have that. Girls are so funny. She's been trying on swim suits to find the cutest, and I think she's hilarious!!
Sammy & Avery have a little birthday party tomorrow too, they are very excited! How fun!!

On the baby front, we are still holding on. We had an amnio on Tuesday, and it said that she's not ready. So we are trying to keep her in for another week. My fluid is low, so I have to see the specialist every couple days. I'm going in today for another "fluid check" we hope it's good news!
If fluid is good today, we'll do another amnio next Tuesday. We're just taking it day by day at this point. The baby looks great!! We've done a whole bunch of ultrasounds in the last week, and she looks fantastic! The ultrasound specialist even showed us her hair! It was so cool, he pushed on my tummy with the ultrasound wand and showed us her hair waving. It was really fun. But despite the low fluid she seems to be growing, and as soon as her lungs are ready, we're golden!!
Scott and I went to Target yesterday and finished buying stuff. Binkis, newborn socks, bottles, etc. I think we are ready when she is!! We'll keep ya posted!!
