SPRING BREAK!!

ITS SPRING BREAK!! Scott is planning some fun stuff for Spring Break with the kids. We hope the weather won't be too horrible, so they can have some fun. Savannah had a sleep over with her cousing Ryanne last night, and Emmie had a sleep over here with Avery Lyn and Sammy. We love Spring Break!! We're so glad Scott could be home for the kids Spring Break, and we hope you all have a fun Break too!

Dance & Soccer!

Savannah and Avery Lyn, my cute little girls!! This is Savannah a couple weeks ago at her second Dance Competition. Two of her dances won 1st place and the third dance won 2nd place. She was amazing!
Avery Lyn had her first Soccer game this last Saturday. She did great!! Savannah had her first game too, she was a rockstar also! They are so funny. Cute Girls!!

EaStEr EgG hUnT!!

The kids had SO SO much fun at Michels Easter Party!!! They got to have an Easter Egg Hunt out in a HUGE open field. They found TONS and TONS of eggs, that of course means they got TONS and TONS of Candy!!! It was so fun to watch them look for their eggs!! She rents one of those huge blow up slides, so they had tons of candy, and something to burn off the sugar. It was fabulous!! This is the first time Scott has been able to go to the party with us, and even "Mr. Social" had fun.

I know, I'm not suppose to be out. I sat in a chair the whole time. I promise I was a good girl! It was fun to get to participate with the kids. Fun Fun, and I came home and took a nap. It was a great day!

Sammys Birthday Pancakes!

I know, I'm so slow! I just can't pass up these pics. I have to show everyone how cute my kids are!! I know it was the end of February, but this is Sammy's 4th Birthday Breakfast. He's so cute!! And, his "Digger" from Auntie.
Savannah and Avery started spring soccer this week. Savannah loves it, and can't wait for her game on Saturday. Avery wasn't so sure about soccer, but practice went well, so hopefully the game will go well too. She's a fabulous little player when she forgets that people are watching her. (she's a little on the shy side) I'm sure she'll do great! Sammy is chomping at the bit to get started on sports. I hope he can wait til next fall. He's going to be so much fun to watch, I can't wait either.
Scott is home for another week too, he's been so great taking care of things! I'm a bit of a disaster, I can't be an easy patient. So far so good, no more trips to Labor and Delivery. Lets keep it that way! I'm out.....

Pity Party

Oh wow, I look hideous! Anyhow, on a wonderful trip to Florida Scotty and I got to go away for a couple of days to Sanibel Island ALONE, it was so fabulous. This is Scott posing by a fountain at the resort we stayed at. Holy Cow, he's so funny. Its nice to have some time alone to remember that we once were just Scott and Kate, and that we like each other! The fabulous shot of big fat me is at this great little seafood place we found. I was craving Crab Legs, and I'll be danged if i didn't get them. Scott actually took this picture cuz the kids get freaked out by the crab claws. Too much fun......
On a not so fun topic, I am having pre-term labor, and have to be on bedrest. It's no fun, but what can ya do, we don't want an early baby, so we'll work it out. About 2 weeks ago, when I was only 25 weeks along, I went into labor. I spent a lovely night in the AF Hospital with my mom. My husband was in Australia, so he didn't even know what was going on for a couple days. My sister Kari had all 3 of my kids and my mom was up here after school each day. My mother in law was in Herriman staying with my sister in law, so she came down a few days later to help too. Scott got home about 5 days later and my mother in law was able to get back to Florida. Now Scott is home and playing Mr. Mom. He's doing a fabulous job too, the house is clean and the laundry is still caught up. I've been very lucky to have so many people willing to help!
I have to publicly thank my sister Kari for taking my 3 kids when she was in the middle of her own acid bath! While Savannah was throwing up, getting all the kids ready for a dance competition, and being by herself for 3 weeks. Thanks to her for loving my kids as if they were her own! It helped out more than she will ever know!
Thanks to everyone that has helped out!! I appreciate it a ton! My mom getting me to the hospital, and bringing me an ice cold Coke everyday. My mother in law holding down the fort and doing all my tons of laundry. Thanks a ton guys!!
My contractions have slowed some, and the back labor has it's good days and bad days. I am trying really hard to not feel like pooh most days. It doesn't always work, but I'm trying! I will say that I officially HATE TV, but being forced to watch it is better than an early baby, so I'll deal.

"Me Not Love Princesses!"

Sam wasn't impressed with the Princesses, but he LOVED the Dinosaur ride at Animal Kingdom and Nemo rides at Epcot. We went to the Meet the Princesses at Magic Kingdom and the next day at Epcot we hit the Princess Character lunch. It was just a little TOO much for poor Sammy. When we got into the room for "Meet the Princesses" Sammy said, (a little too loud) "Me NOT love those Princesses! Last year Sleeping Beauty kissed him on his cheek, and so then he announced, "Me NOT gonna kiss them either!! He's hilarious!!
He was so fun to watch at the Animal Kingdom, it was right up his alley! The poor kid, he had to SUFFER through all that Princess crap! He was so fun, there is a whole Dinosaur village at Animal Kingdom, and we went on the Safari too. It was so much fun, even in the occasionaldownpours we had tons of fun!!

FLORIDA!!

I have the cutest kids ever!!! We had so much fun in Florida! It seems like a lifetime ago, already. It was just in February, but life has been so crazy since.
Here are my sweet kids at Epcot in front of the Nemo ride. It was very cute! Then the girls in sombraros out side the Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Magic Kingdom. All three cuties with Tigger at the Pooh and Friends Character Brunch. We had so much fun, and the kids were so good! We spend 3 days doing Disney stuff and they were so much fun. Avery Lyn was "tinkerbell" for the whole trip, she just couldn't be at Disney and not dress like a Princess!
Grandma and Grandpa Alger and Little Katie went with us to the parks, and made the trip great!! Thanx!
