Construction has Begun!

The Basement Project in underway! It's all framed, and the electrician and plumbers will be out on Monday. It is moving right along. Scott's sister "Little Katie" is moving out here to go to school, and she is going to be living in our new basement. She starts school the end of August, so we need to get it done. We'll be adding two more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. I am getting really excited too! How nice will it be to have all that extra room & have Katie here all the time!
We went shopping today to find a vanity for the bathroom and entertainment center type built ins for the living room. I'm already having a great time pickin stuff out!
I helped my mother in law Laurel put together an Alger family reunion blog for the reunion next summer. It looks great, and should be a perfect place to communicate for the upcoming events and deadlines for the planning of the reunion. It's one of my links, if you would like to look at it. Next week is looking pretty crazy, we have family in town, friends from Colorado in town, Kari has some tests they want to run on her leg, and the girls have dance auditions. Nuts! It's going to be Busy Busy!
