We had a great 4th of July! Obviously I only broke out the camera a couple times the whole day! Oopsy, I'm a GREAT Mom! Anyhow... We had a fun 4th of July! I love the 4th, it's one of my favorite days! I love seeing the flags flying and everyone wearing red, white, and blue. It's a fantastic day!
We started the morning off nice and lazy by sleeping in. Then I made red, white, and blue pancakes. (I'm trying to redeem myself for breaking my kids. Maybe when CPS investigates they'll have a few happy memories. :) ) Then we went to my sister in laws house and had a great meal (of course), and took the kids to the little splash park. Brookie was in heaven! We tried to make homemade icecream, played dominoes, watched fireworks. It was the perfect day!

I love those splash parks! All the fun of the pool but no worry of drowning!! I made my kids clean teh house all day so the memories will not be as nice as red, white and blue pancakes :)
